You will lead site engagement activities for respiratory clinical studies based in Poland. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clinical sites and local clinical teams to ensure smooth study delivery. You will work closely with clinical operations, quality, data and safety colleagues to address site needs and drive consistent, high-quality performance.

In this role you will apply your deep knowledge of the Polish respiratory clinical research landscape — including established sites, key opinion leaders and principal investigators — to accelerate site performance and strengthen GSK's presence in Poland.
