Elite Airconditioning & Engineering – East Singapore

• Ensure all works are in line with project schedule and meet project completion time.
• Responsible for project execution, attend site walks, meetings, coordination and supervision works.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors and handle all technical matters.
• Prepare Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, ACMV Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects.
• Ensure quality standards and all health and safety requirements are adhered to.
• Report to Manager/Director on the progress and performance of projects.
• Any other ad‑hoc projects and/or duties assigned by Manager/Director.
