Your responsibilities and role will include but are not limited to
i. Ensure site construction works are carried out as per requirements in the drawings / specification (pass down all relevant information to the foremen or supervisor at site).
ii. Ensure the safety and well-being of workers.
iii. Inspect site construction work to ensure quality of work.
iv. Liaise with consultants main-contractors and attend site meetings to ensure the project proceeds smoothly.
v. Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports.
vi. Plan, lead and supervise workers on site.
vii. Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, progress claims and other project execution documentation.
viii. Prepare, submit and follow up with authorities on approval and clearance.
ix. Review project specification and technical clarifications.
