Position Overview

- Coordinate daily staffing requirements and ensure all shifts are adequately filled.
- Manage employee rosters and schedules in line with operational requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance and punctuality, ensuring employees report for duty as scheduled.
- Arrange suitable replacement staff for absenteeism, leave, and operational requirements.
