Job Description Summary
The Single-Family Product Owner Manager helps develop and execute the product vision and strategy in partnership with business drivers/sponsors. As a key connection to the customer, this role provides feedback to the team and supports the product vision. Communicates product objectives and ‘the story’ to stakeholders and the team. Supports the end-to-end product strategy from inception and helps determine business value once a solution enters production. Ensures customer-driven design by considering user pain points, usability test results, market and industry knowledge, and ongoing research to deliver a well-positioned product.
