Job Description:

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

The simulation operations specialist provides technical expertise and operational management for the Nursing Simulation Center, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-fidelity, simulation-based education. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of simulation events, including the programming and maintenance of patient simulators, the application of realistic moulage, the operation of integrated audiovisual and server infrastructure, and the physical staging of clinical environments. The simulation operations specialist trains faculty and staff on emerging technologies and best practices, provides real-time support during live scenarios, and manages essential administrative functions such as inventory procurement, accreditation documentation, and collaboration with University Technology to maintain hardware and software integrity.
