What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands‑on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments – including an eight‑month international placement – you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders. As part of Order Execution Europe, you will work on product order executions and learn how energy solutions are executed end‑to‑end. You will develop strong project management skills while collaborating with diverse teams across engineering, procurement, service, finance, and site execution.
