Location: Trinity Academy, Brixton SW2 1QS

Hours: 5 days per week, Term Time Only + inset days

Salary: £25,003 – £27,525 per annum (term‑time only)

Responsibilities

As the Family Support Practitioner you will be based at the setting and work in close partnership with school staff to deliver a programme of casework that promotes and improves educational outcomes for children and their families.
