SHS Family Support Practitioner (School-based)

Location: Trinity Academy, Brixton SW2 1QS

Hours: 5 days per week, Term Time Only + inset days

Salary: £25,003 - £27,525 per annum (term‑time only)

As the Family Support Practitioner, you will be based at the setting and work in close partnership with school staff to deliver a programme of casework to promote and improve educational outcomes for the children and their families. You will also focus your support to help improve attendance, punctuality and engagement in learning.

You will have excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with a wide group of people.
