• Location: Gurney Paragon Mall Penang
• Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
• Working Days: 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Front Desk
• Greet and assist walk-in customers
• Handle calls, WhatsApp and emails
• Assist customers with purchases
• Receive payments and record daily sales
• Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, reports)
• Manage appointments and follow-ups
• Ensure showroom is clean and presentable
