The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 2-year management associate program designed for passionate graduate talents to deep-dive into various business functions pivotal to the e-commerce and digital financial services landscape at Shopee and Monee. GDP Associates will undergo 4 thoughtfully curated rotations across different business functions (including an overseas-based rotation), with each spanning 6 months. By the end of the program, you can expect to gain hands‑on experiences in driving high‑impact projects and possess a holistic view of the business through close mentorship and leadership exposure.
