**What you’ll need to succeed as a Shop Customer Service Representative at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:

+ 2 years of customer service experience
+ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
+ Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, and occasional after-hours and/or weekends

Preferred qualifications:

+ Transportation industry experience
+ Experience in a vehicle maintenance shop
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
