**Shipping and Receiving Lead**

POSITION PROFILE

The Shipping & Receiving Lead is responsible for overseeing daily dock operations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of all inbound and outbound materials, and delivering exceptional customer support for shipping, receiving, and office services. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in logistics processes, and the ability to safely manage packages, equipment, and hazardous materials in compliance with regulatory standards. The Lead will coordinate coverage, maintain workflow across multiple service areas, and serve as a key point of contact for internal customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

+ Provide dock coverage maintaining consistent presence during core hours.
+ Ensure safe operation of dock equipment, including pallet jacks and handling of heavy items.
