Position Overview
- To despatch and collect shipping documents to and from banks and other relevant certificate issuing bodies.
- To record all transport documents collected from Shipping agent.
- To record all Certificate of origin submitted to Chamber of Commerce / received from Chamber of Commerce.
- To collect Health Certificate and Free Sales Certificate from government authority.
- To collect Veterinary Certificate from Veterinary Department.
- To house keep file all shipping documents.
- To record the original Letter of Credit received from banks.
- To undertake any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
