POSITION SUMMARY
Prepares and processes inventory receipts and customer shipments in accordance with company procedures, customer routing guides, and carrier requirements.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Request on time routing for multiple customers based on routing guides and individual customer web sites (Vendor Central, Retail Link, MacysNet etc.) Create daily BOL and shipping documents specific to the customers Respond to internal/external customers and carriers regarding carrier or containers delays, missed pickups, or delivery issues Review and Interpret Route Guides for changes to requirements to avoid chargebacks. Includes customer contact for clarification and negotiations of terms.
