Description:

Purpose of the Position: To scan, file, label, package, and ship customer orders in an effective, efficient, timely, and quality conscious manner. Perform quality control and order coherence checks. Perform shipping tasks according to production schedule. Closeout all domestic and international shipments, including but not restricted to Aliquots, Peptides, RNA, outsourced orders, and miscellaneous shipments. When required, provide training to new team members. Proper close out of daily operations. Shift: 12:00pm to 8:30pm Essential Job Functions
• Label products fulfilling quality and quantity requirements.
• Package products for shipment insuring against damage (International and domestic)
• Use FedEx Shipping Manager to generate AWBs, and SAP ERP to process all shipments from generating deliveries to invoicing.
• Ship orders according to customer requirements or those set by Federal, State, and Carrier requirements.
