What you'll be doing

• Collects and validates shipment and performance data
• Analyzes trends and tracks KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, compliance)
• Prepares reports and dashboards using Excel/Power BI
• Creates presentations highlighting key insights and performance
• Conducts performance reviews with business units
• Coordinates with logistics, finance, and procurement teams
• Manages relationships with stakeholders and service providers
• Monitors performance and identifies risks or issues
• Provides data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement
