Job Description
We are looking for an experienced facilities professional who can lead a small on-site team, coordinate contractors, and ensure all planned and reactive maintenance activities are completed to standard.
The role requires hands-on problem solving, clear delegation, and availability to support 24/7 operational and emergency requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the operations and maintenance team, reviewing performance and ensuring quality standards are met. Assign and manage work tickets and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work orders for the O&M team. Ensure all PPMs and reactive work orders are completed as scheduled each month, taking corrective action where required.
