Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving customer schedules (Export & Domestic) via EDI, Web Edi, E-mail etc On time Deliveries - Customer dispatch planning by close liasoning with concerned departments, mainly Procurement, PPC, Manufacturing & Dispatch Providing dispatch intimation to all customers on daily basis and ensuring ASN is sent electronically wherever applicable Tracking all deliveries / dispatch consignments and ensure timely in-warding Maintaining daily record of transit consignments, ensuring e-way bill norms are met and escalate wherever noncompliance is expected Maintain transit stocks & special freights within desired levels Prompt reaction to customer changes, fluctuations and queries Close communication with all customers, providing regular updates wherever necessary Creates, maintains cordial relations w...
