Job Description & Requirements The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising and managing the direct staff of all production units within a designated shift. He/she coordinates the daily production floor activities and delegates assignments to production teams and individuals. The Shift Supervisor manages the smooth running of the production processes to enhance product quality and maximise efficiency and performance enabling the products to be manufactured on time. The Shift Supervisor will ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications target and deadlines are met. This position plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
