Position Overview
Responsibilities - Implement Singapore WSH and Evonik occupational safety regulations and ensure compliance
- Provide training on ESH matters including permits, site induction, occupational health and emergency response
- Develop and maintain procedures for site safety, health, and government compliance
- Maintain current safety & health process implementation and evaluation per Singapore WSH standards
- Assist the health and safety manager with safety plans, training plans, safety meetings, audits, inspections, investigations, and contractor pre‑qualification and renewal of ESH equipment contracts
- Assess workplace hazards such as noise, illumination, heat, and harmful substances and exposure levels
- Support incident investigations, dangerous occurrences and occupational disease investigations within the workplace
- Identify and assess foreseeable risks, provide input to risk analysis and recommend mitigation measures
