About the Role

The Shift Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and performance of a production shift within the THG Blackpool manufacturing site, producing tablets and capsules across a 2‑shift operation (M–F).

This role focuses on delivering safe, efficient, and compliant operations, while driving performance against production targets and embedding consistent ways of working. The Shift Manager will act as a hands‑on, visible leader on shift, working closely with operators to ensure output, quality, and safety standards are met.

Working under the guidance of the Site Manager, the role will also support continuous improvement initiatives and team capability development, helping to stabilise and enhance site performance.
