Job Description
Title: Shift Manager
Reports to: General Manager, Assistant Manager, Manager
Subordinate Staff: Servers, Cooks, Hosts, Bartenders
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Hours: FT 30-40/week
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be able to interact with customers daily. You must possess the ability to build guest relationships while ensuring quality service.
- Must be certified in all station positions including trainers and be able to train in all areas.
- Understand all aspects of the restaurant including but not specific to: employee retention, guest services, sanitation, food quality, profits and loss and training.
