As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced team leader to oversee warehouse and e-commerce operations, ensuring efficient order fulfilment and consistent delivery of customer and departmental targets. You will manage, coach, and develop a team, driving performance through effective planning, communication, and leadership.
