The hours of work are any 5 days out of 7:
- 2pm-10pm

The rate of pay is:
- £17.79 per hour

Your Time at Work

As a Shift Manager your role will include:

- Manage and motivate the shift team in order to ensure that productivity and service KPI's are met/exceeded
- Ensure the highest possible levels of health, safety and hygiene are upheld so that legislative and quality requirements can be complied with, ensuring records are completed and obtained
- Ensuring the highest levels of Quality and compliance are maintained and that the site operates to the audit standard required.
- Workforce planning, ensuring operations runs smoothly
- Enforce and adhere all company policies and procedures.
- Support management in any ad-hoc duties
