Position Overview
Job Description
- In-charge in control performance of operation in the assigned shift in Sorting Center(s) (i.e: on-time rate, lost rate, backlogs, etc.) via building and optimizing layouts, processes
- In-charge of ensuring that every aspect and detail of the shift runs smoothly and efficiently, from Inbound to Outbound
- Ensures aligned SOPs with other shifts and departments are aligned
- Responsible for making sure that metrics are met
- Develop strategies to achieve goals and provides team encouragement by communicating team goals and identifying areas for improvement
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, objectives, and deadlines
- Coordinates with various departments
- Reports any issues that arise during the shift to the management
- Coaching and guiding team members
