Role

As a Shift Incharge, you will be a part of the Sales team and will report to Section Head- OBL.

The purpose of your role will be:

1. Drive OBL Shift Operations aligned with Company’s Annual Business Plan to ensure smooth operations

2. Develop & Nurture Team to align their actions with assigned targets

3. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to execute logistics projects to improve operational efficiencies
