Job Purpose Summary:

• This position is responsible for all aspects of production during a shift necessary to ensure that orders and production planning goals are met. This position is a working Shift Lead position. This role is critical for the coordination of all positions under their area of responsibility for this purpose. This position must be able to operate and if necessary perform all functions in their area of operation if required. This position covers the lab functions, testing and team oversight for analysis when a QA Lab Technician is not present.
