Responsibilities:

• Design and develop sheet metal enclosures for semiconductor power boxes
• Ensure IP rating compliance, structural strength, and manufacturability
• Design copper/aluminum bus bars for efficient power distribution
• Consider current density, creepage, clearance, and thermal expansion in designs
• Integrate power modules, capacitors, magnetics, and cooling systems
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, and BOMs using Siemens NX (Unigraphics)
• Apply DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles
