Shallow Utility Supervisor

Company Overview

BAAC Construction is actively hiring an experienced Shallow Utility Supervisor to support civil and underground utility construction projects throughout Alberta. This role is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors and crews, organizing site activities, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate has strong experience in shallow utility construction including pipe installation, curb stops, valves, utility tie‑ins, and civil construction operations.

We are looking for a hands‑on leader with strong organizational skills and working knowledge of drilling operations and utility installation workflows. This individual must be comfortable managing fast‑paced construction environments while maintaining production, safety, and communication standards.
