Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and dressing wounds
- Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care
- Monitor and respond to changes in patients conditions promptly and appropriately
- Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed
- Support junior staff and supervise healthcare assistants when necessary
- Prepare and maintain clinical equipment and assist in minor procedures
- Participate in ward rounds, shift handovers, and staff meetings
