We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of application services and Azure cloud platforms , ensuring stability, performance, and seamless service delivery for business‑critical systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Own application and Azure service delivery
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes (ITIL‑based)
• Lead major incident management and root cause analysis
• Coordinate across application, cloud, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders
• Drive continuous service improvement and ensure SLA compliance
