**Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist - Contract Admin**
Manage and optimize complex service contracts, ensuring accurate registration, compliance, and seamless integration across systems.
**Your role:**
+ As a Services and Solutions Delivery Contract Admin, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that Philips’ high-value service contracts are accurately implemented, monitored, and optimized to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
+ You’ll collaborate with internal teams including sales, legal, finance, and customer service to manage contract lifecycles, resolve escalations, and support negotiations.
+ You will determine the appropriate contract registration and cost settlement models based on the service plans included in agreements.
+ You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining standard Customer Service legal agreements in Servicemax and SAP, including contract materials, pricing, discounts, payment terms, and Installed Base coverage b...
