Position Overview
A well-known Global ITO service provider which delivers solutions and services to the MNC, is now looking for a ITO Architect to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
Participate in strategic account planning for key clients and manages key client relationships.
Act as the service representative within internal and potential clients and develop strong working relationships with these clients.
Identify potential opportunities in new and existing clients and act as thought leader in the engagement with clients.
Act as the overall solutions lead for major IT Outsourcing opportunities and engage early in the solution definition phase.
Map the required services to existing standard operational services to create an IT Outsource solution for the client using approved cost models.
