As the ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) Implementation SME, you will lead the strategic deployment and operationalization of SAM Pro on the clients existing ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for establishing software lifecycle governance, ensuring compliance tracking, and driving license optimization.

While Software Asset Management is the primary focus, you will also play a key role in maturing our existing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes to strengthen operations and ensure long-term CMDB health.

- End-to-End SAM Pro Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and operationalization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, including discovery integration, reconciliation, and license lifecycle workflows.
- Compliance & Optimization: Configure automated remediation and reporting to drive software governance, license optimization, and cost-saving insights.
