Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Manager for their Washington, DC/Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Lead Requirements workshops and design discussions for SPM projects, consulting on both ServiceNow and SPM best practices.

+ Manage all important project processes such as: platform architecture documentation, integration documentation, work-effort estimation and hands-on advanced development.

+ Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project team.

+ Fulfill Project´s technical development and configuration at the highest standard of technical quality contributing with assignments, follow up and guidance to Junior / Mid developers.

+ Fulfill technical design guidance within our projects following ServiceNow best practices.
