Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring that all solutions delivered on the platform are architecturally sound, scalable, and aligned with Service Now best practices. The successful candidate will bring strong hands-on experience across the Service Now platform, enabling them to define design standards, guide implementation, and provide oversight across multiple modules and delivery streams.
