Required Skills & Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Strong knowledge of:
o Case & Knowledge Management
o ServiceNow Administration & Configuration
o Portal development (widgets, UI, content automation)
• Experience in integrations using REST/SOAP services
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is an added advantage
• Scripting knowledge (JavaScript) and workflow automation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
• ServiceNow certifications (HRSD / CSA / CAD)
• Experience in global delivery model (GCC / offshore support – Manila/India)
• Exposure to enterprise HR transformation or digital initiatives
