We at Coforge are seeking for a skilled Service Now CSM / FSO Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering industry best practices and working closely with clients to implement solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Service Now implementations along with the ability to drive workshops, solution design, and end-to-end delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and participate in Service Now implementation projects across all phases: discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment
Deliver technical solutions and architecture for CSM and FSO modules
