Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically with FSO and CSM involving Financial Service Data Model for Banking / Insurance

ServiceNow scripting experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services.

Understanding and experience of Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow.

Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.

At least 2-4 years of ServiceNow solution Implementation (configuration and customization) experience
