Position Overview
Core responsibilities Assist inconfiguring and customizing ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change,Service Catalog). Supportintegrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Writeand maintain basic scripts (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UIPolicies). Participate intesting, debugging, and documentation. Provide usersupport and resolve minor issues. Required skills Strongfoundation in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Basicunderstanding of ITSM processes. Familiarity withServiceNow platform navigation and administration. ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
