Hiring: Senior Service Now Developer (Senior Associate)

We are looking for a Service Now Developer to join a consulting-led environment, supporting enterprise Service Now implementations across one or more modules: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SPM.
This is a permanent role based in Hyderabad or Bangalore, suited for candidates who enjoy hands-on development and working closely with stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and deliver Service Now solutions aligned with business and client requirements
Implement and enhance ITIL-based processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
Build workflows, service catalogs, integrations, and platform automation
Perform custom development using Java Script, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI components
Work within Agile delivery teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
