Essential Functions: Under the direction of the Director of Enterprise Applications and Development, the incumbent serves as the primary technical analyst and programmer for the IT Service Management system ServiceNow. Additionally, the incumbent provides secondary support for the university web content management system Drupal, and the MyCalStateLA SharePoint portal.
