Role: ServiceNow Administrator

Experience required: 7+ years

Location:- Bangalore

Required Technical skill Set:-

• Understand / Basic know-how of ITIL Process.
• Understand and Perform Client / Server level scripting.
• Able to demonstrate use cases of successful automation.
• Understand end to end knowhow of Service Now eBonding.
• Able to demonstrate use of Service Now Visualization and dashboard creation.
• Understand end to end Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management life cycles.
• Able to work with the larger program team to building catalogs, improve CMDB, UI Experience enhancements.
• Able to demonstrate use cases of any third party API integration with Service Now.
