Position Overview
Responsabilidades Administration - Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Develop and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Create and maintain user accounts and security protocols.
- Maintain and improve CMDB data.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist end-users with ServiceNow inquiries and provide ongoing support.
Development - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop and implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.
