Duties include the maintenance and service of restaurant kitchen equipment, including laundry equipment, beverage systems, boilers, ice machines, coolers and HVAC work.

Requirements:

• CFC Certification Type II or better
• 3 Years HVAC/Refrigeration experience
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment
