Service Technician

Duties & Responsibilities

The aim of this role will be to provide service maintenance repair and installation of welding & cutting products along with educating our customers/distributors/agents with their welding and cutting product techniques and to be able to generate after sales revenue.

Repair and troubleshooting

This role will ensure servicing is completed to a high standard within agreed timeline with direct and indirect customers.

Alternative solutions

Provide alternative solutions to customers to solve their shortterm cover if repair cannot be completed on time.

Diagnostics

Provide proper diagnostics to find root cause of the problem.

Repair scope

Advise to change only defective item not the full system.

Reporting

Report the daily activities to service coordinator through Innosoft.
