Service Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer to support customers throughout the entire lifecycle of our products, from project execution to after‑sales service.

Responsibilities

• Accompany assigned customers from project execution to after‑sales service.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for selling spare parts, technical services, audits, upgrades, small projects, and service‑related products connected to our extrusion solutions.
• Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that add value.
• Work closely with engineering and technical service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and provide regular reports to management.
