As the Service and Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for a diverse range of Auto-ID and industrial automation technologies. The role will require the engineer to divide their time between being office‑based at the repair centre and performing configuration, testing, repair and deployment of equipment and being field‑based, which would require attending customer sites to conduct installations, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and on‑site troubleshooting or repair of equipment, including complex automation systems.
