Service Planner – Vantaa, Finland

We are seeking a proactive Services Planner to support our Field Services organization at Schneider Electric. In this critical role, you will coordinate and schedule field service operations at customer sites, ensuring the right parts, tools, documentation, and qualified Field Service Representatives are in place to deliver efficient, high‑quality service that meets both customer expectations and workforce optimization objectives.

What will you be doing?

• Prepare and validate Work Orders – Review and enrich incoming Work Orders to ensure all required information is accurate and complete (scope, customer details, installed base, urgency, Service Level Agreement, execution time, and contractual terms).

• Plan and prioritize service activities – Manage and prioritize the backlog based on customer criticality, resource availability, customer constraints, and material readiness.
